Hi, I am an experienced human factors engineer who believes in a user-centered design process to create positive, useful, and memorable experiences for users. I believe in teamwork, collaboration, and diverse perspectives to bring thoughtful change and improvement to my projects.
Currently I am lead UX engineer at Dell Technologies for all mice and keyboard peripheral programs, and previously led webcam and speaker programs.
In this role I look to understand and define user interactions and behavior for our products and collaborate closely with stakeholders to make sure the users are understood and their needs are met.
Previously, I worked at Keysight Technologies in which I led usability work on the design, development, and testing for a variety of test automation software products.
I graduated with my B.S. and M.S. from Virginia Tech in the Industrial and Engineering Department with a focus on Human Factors and Ergonomics, specifically User Experience and Human Computer Interaction.
